- What qualification or experience does the guide, instructor or crew have?
- What equipment, briefing, supervision and emergency arrangements are included?
- What happens if weather, sea state or wildlife behaviour changes?
- Which age, swimming, certification or health restrictions apply?
Responsible wildlife
Observe without turning proximity into the product.
Whales & dolphins
Avoid guaranteed-sighting claims, crowding, pursuit and approaches that alter movement or behaviour.
Turtles
Do not touch, feed, block, chase or surround turtles in the water or on nesting beaches.
Reefs
Control buoyancy, avoid standing on coral and keep equipment from dragging across the reef.
Photography
The image is never more important than distance, animal choice and responsible group behaviour.
Emergency information
Use local emergency services and follow the operator’s emergency plan.
